YBG Lingo

We've had a lot of orders from friends locally- THANK YOU so much for your support and encouragement. We truly enjoy making the bows and love sharing them with all of you!

Sometimes we have questions when ordering. Here are a few tips about "our" lingo:

Our smallest bows:
"Bitty Bows"
(approximately 2" across)
These are available in two different styles and are mounted on alligator clips:

boutique (on the left) and classic (on the right)

The next three are in the classic style, only bigger. Their names are self-explanatory, but you can also choose to have these mounted on either snap clips or alligator clips.

"Three-Inch Bows"

"Four Inch Bows"

"Five Inch Bows"
These are available in layered styles as well (pictured on the top). Most are mounted on snap clips and attach to our crochet headbands as well.

"Korkers"

These Curly Q's come as a set, either on alligator clips, or on rubberbands.

"Streamers"

We now have two versions- long (top) or short (botton). The long is our original streamer, made from 18 inches of ribbon (the widest ribbon being 1.5"), so it hangs about 9" on each side. The short is made from 12 inches of ribbon (the widest ribbon being 7/8") so it hangs about 6" on each side. Both are made with layers of different sizes and textues of ribbon, complete with a french knot in the center.

The long streamers are popular with sports teams- we are also filling orders for softball, soccer, and volleyball teams right now. There are also really cute cheer ribbons out that we could add to these- the possibilities are endless with these!

"Pinwheels"

This is our newest style, and we are lovin' it! The pinwheel is about five inches across and comes attached to a rubberband, but could easily be put on a clip as well.

Don't forget that you can make custom orders for any of these styles. The best way to order is to email us directly, especially if you are local (and to avoid shipping costs!). We want to make sure we get the order just the way you want it...so be sure to refer to these styles, as well as the color chart on the sidebar.
